Plant Fiber Bowls are extremely durable and great for any food use. Can be used for hot or cold foods with little to no leakage. Microwaveable and freezer safe. These Lids for for our Plant Fiber Bowls are made from NatureWorks Ingeo™, a product derived from plants grown in the USA. The bowls are made from wheatstraw, a leftover agricultural fiber and an annually renewable resource. *Though these compostable plates are soak proof, hot items will cause the bowls to "perspire" and some condensation will form at the bottom.
